New building, great location
Devonshire Retirement Village is located on M-21 near the Lapeer Polar Palace. The building is very new & has close access to the I-69 expressway. It is an assisted living and Specialized Memory Care facility. There is 24 hour care and there are many daily activities for the residents. The cost is quite high, but there are other perks that go along with it.

Just admitted my Mom to Memory care. So impressed. The staff are so caring and ready to assist. The rooms are beautiful and most important my Mom is happy.

Kind and caring staff. Very clean and well maintained and decorated with taste. A good, safe place for beloved family members who need this.

I have been at Devonshire for over 4 years. The care is superior! the caregivers are superior! I've never seen a better place for those who need a retirement home. Lots of amenities! A wonderful place
