Brooke, Josh, Rob and Taylor were a great team to work with during our build. They listened and worked with us as we navigated building on a lot we owned. Communication was key and they took the time to work with us and help answer our questions. Most importantly, we ended up with a quality house exactly the way we hoped it would Turn out!
I spoke with several builders, but knew immediately after meeting Brooke and Josh that Devonshire was the right builder for my home. Their team was fantastic from the architecture phase to the design and build phase and right through to the closing. The home came out exactly as I had envisioned it. We built during the chaos of Covid and there were some delays that were beyond their control, but Debbie, their Project Manager and Supervisor was fantastic about communicating.
