They like to take down their bad reviews. Their maintenance supervisor stays in his apartment most of the day, smells like marijuana when he does show up & he only puts a bandaid on it!!! The leasing agent Rae is nice when you tour but when you question your first bill, she is rude. I've also witnessed her telling people flat out I'm not speaking to you & she talks very badly to our Haitian neighbors, poor girl was in tears when Rae yelled at her & told her she wouldn't help her. ** edited to add some more up-to-date photos because it's only gotten worse! genuinely disgusting 🤮 when i first moved in about 2 years ago my thermostat and bathroom sink were completely busted and unusable upon moving in. bathroom sink had to be fully replaced, thermostat had to be replaced TWICE. it started going downhill even faster when the new owners took over, especially Devonshire Place/"Devonshire Gardens II" which the owners seem to have abandoned completely like it's their bastard stepchild. no one is ever in the... read more
Decent enough living here. Price is a bit too expensive for what you get though. And it's extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone if you have questions for the office, if you have the time and are nearby, you're better off stopping by in person. Any time of day I try calling when they're supposed to be open I just end up in their voicemail.
It's been a very long time since I lived there but in the time that I lived there it was a top grade living community well kept Apartments cleaning property well-managed in the office staff was always polite and friendly good location I mean Gardens is the next step of Devonshire Gardens but Devonshire place was definitely a good place to live.
