I was accused of smoking marijuana in my apartment with no evidence or proof. My neighbor who is retired law enforcement made the claim against me. We had a total of 8 apartments in our building and NONE of the other tenants got a notice about marijuana. They did not investigate anything. The laundry rooms have standing water on the floor from the broken washing machines and rainwater. They don’t clean up the water, put any signs down indicating wet floors, and they rarely fix/replace any laundry appliances. They took down a deck on a apartment and after taking it down they left the wood with nails scattered on the ground for 2 weeks before throwing it away in a dumpster owned by them less than 50 feet away.
