This is a terrible development. Built a home inside this community 2 years ago and cannot wait to move. The developer (Genstar) imposed very strict "architectural guidelines" resulting in so much added costs. This is something you only find out when you are near the finalization of your purchase. We lived in the community for 2 years and later discovered many corner homes particularly in the entrance to the community are allowed to built wooden fences right along the developer's metal fences.
