Horrible experience at the pool. Two off duty cops talking about the bonus they’ll get if they make 5 arrest once me and my Spanish speaking family came to the pool. Then two teen girls came and had their cop friend pull a megaphone/siren thing and played Spanish music around the community near the pool, all because we were speaking Spanish. We have been here for about 2 years now. Would recommend living here! Quiet community, well-maintained & responsive staff at all times. Our living space is updated & pleasant for all of our needs.

I just moved into the Renaissance hills apartments in March with my 3 kids and I absolutely love it! Everyone is so nice, it’s very clean and if I have any issues / problems I email the maintenance people and they get back to me right away. One in particular is Angie, she always emails me back very quickly and always has one of her maintenance crew come to my apartment within that day or the next day to fix anything that I need! They are all so polite and very helpful.
