Lisa and Alissa in the leasing office are great, they answered all my many (sometimes nit-picky) questions and laid out the move in process very accurately. Pros: The apartment I ended up in is amazing--clean, spacious and has a decent amount of closet space. Central air works well. The kitchen is small but efficient. I love my new community renaissance hills in hauppauge everyone is friendly and they are very understanding and patient the neighborhood is great and also they keep everything thing clean I have no complaints the communication is on point thanks to Angie Hernandez she’s amazing and always make sure everyone is takin care of I will be living here for a very long time

Been here for about 5 years and love it thus far. It's better than the other places I looked at. It's nice and quiet. Neighbors are all nice. The surrounding area is good and it's peaceful and quiet here. Great location IMO. Right be LIE.
I lived here a few years. The place is nice, the maintenance is good, and the office staff are all very kind and helpful. Angie helped me on the day of my move out and turning in my keys, she was wonderful. I would tell everyone I know this is a good place to live.
