Community Roots Housing has reinvested in the neighborhood and totally gutted and rebuilt the Interiors out to and including the windows in 2024. New appliances, cabinets and bathrooms. This is not the Devonshire of years past. Tenancy is subject to income limits.
Don’t move here There is a bunch of drug users, and weird people that live inside this building. Don’t even let me tell you about the drug users outside of the building. Many people that live here gotten their FedEx packages stolen. There is a person that actually works for Capitol Hill Housing that lives in the building who has guess who actually stolen the FedEx packages, and the company never did nothing to him.
