Woodhill Management became the new owner as of November 2025. My family member lives at this property and I've noticed that customer service drastically declined. There's only one person handling calls for all properties, and it's not working out well. No one answered their office phone nor returned calls. Emails are mostly unanswered, as well. NO STARS-Devonshire used to feel like family. You knew and trusted the maintenance staff, and they responded quickly whenever something needed attention. Even the crews who plowed the parking lots and sidewalks were friendly, helpful, and took pride in keeping the property safe and clean. The landscaping crew came every Monday like clockwork—they mowed the grass, picked up trash, trimmed the bushes, pulled weeds, and kept the property looking beautiful. I’ve lived here for all my life (18 years). This apartment complex makes you feel like family. If you have a problem, the maintenance men is at your door the next day. The owner is very friendly and so is the rest of the people they live in the complex. Everyone keeps this complex very clean, inside and out. I have never had a problem here what so ever. This is such a great and safe apartment complex to live in, pretty quiet and since you need a key or be buzzed in to get into the building, you’ll feel very secure. You know ... read more
