Edit: July 8, 2026 - Parking lot flooded again, and the water was nearly high enough to flood the apartment a third time. I had foot-tall shoe covers while walking through and still got floodwater in them. Pics added below. Do not live in the back of this complex. TLDR: Living here would be great, except that flooding is making this place borderline unlivable. The reason I don’t give it one star is because the staff are good people and the apartments themselves are reasonably nice when they aren’t full of floodwater. This would actually be a great place to live, except that the geography makes it a massive flood hazard.
