Had a home built at Tingalpa by Devonbourne Homes in 2006. The workmanship was seamless.The power points, light switches were in the plans. The electrician still wanted to see me so I can dictate (electrical walk-through)where I wanted them.Its a good thing.Get it right.When I moved in eventually a door handle broke. Devonbourne Homes were only too pleased to replace it free of charge.I highly recommend Devonbourne Homes.
I would never recommend this builder.
