Took my 95 year old husband here few says ago to get some pants shortened. They weren’t short enough so I took him again. This lovely young woman came out to the car when she saw him struggling and helped him walk in. She then insisted getting him properly fitted and told him no charge. She was wonderful. This kind of service is above anything we have encountered since we got here. Thank you so much to this lady. And thank you to this business!
My item was returned damaged and when I spoke with the employee she refused to take any accountability and acted as if the problem did not exist. She also said "they would buy a special machine for me". However, after read the customers past reviews about the owner of this place I can understand why this store has this type of employees. If you value your clothes do not go to this place.
To service members. Don’t waste your time here. They will accept your uniforms without knowing what they are doing. My uniforms were double creased, creased in wrong places, and creased the wrong way (reversed). Not worth the high prices they charge. They offered to take them back to fix them, but I did not trust them to do anything else.
The staff is always nice and friendly! Highly recommended..
