I rented from Devon a few years back And found the need for another storage unit. I called the property manager to inquire about rental. And he was nothing but rude. There’s no need for a customer service manager to be rude and tell me that I was being hostile. If you don’t like your job, sir, please work somewhere else.
Went to rent a uhaul from here on a Saturday. Business hours online and at store report is should be open. It's not. No one answered the phone. Had rented the van days prior. Needed it that day. Had to find another location. Very disappointed. Don't go on Saturdays I guess.
Very clean and reasonably priced. Manager, Mike is very helpful!
