I have rented an indoor unit at Devon Self Storage, 1750 N Country Club Drive in Mesa, AZ since June 2024. The indoor building has consistently been extremely hot, dusty, and poorly ventilated. The cooling system (swamp coolers/ sub-coolers) is not functioning properly and is not working. This has been ongoing throughout my entire rental period, and management is aware of the issue. This was the easiest I have ever had it signing up for a storage. Colt makes the paperwork easy. The facility is clean and well secure.
Wonderful staff, very clean and an excellent way to store my goods. They worked with me to upgrade my unit size with no troubles at all. I would recommend to everyone I know.
Wow just wow, worst customer service I’ve ever had.. anywhere. The guy at the front wouldn’t answer my call and when I went in there he had the worst attitude. The latch wouldn’t shut properly and he would not help me with anything. Hopefully I get my money back because I canceled so quick
