Great place terrible staff.. Chris is a very rude person who should in no fashion be dealing with customers. This lady harasses customers on the phone and have the nerve to argue with u about your business. She tries to call out your personal business and told me my lock has been cut numerous times and pointed out to me how many times I have almost lost my unit and told me that I would loose it like my other unit lol. Ms. Chris was overly aggressive with collection yours think you owed her personally, she threaten you & ignore your calls intentionally when you called back to make payments. She told half truths and misleading information. When I finally moved my things out it was overly apparent that someone that worked had been rambling through my belongings and things were missing but, I was so glad to leave there I said nothing. Mrs. Chris was the best. She has top tier customer service. She explained every detail to me about my storage. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a storage.
