They are the worst storage I ever used. Lied about first month free. Still had to pay. My storage went up twice. I was charged $186.00 this month. They are doing illegal things also. Changed my date when I first got it. I believe they have been letting someone else enter my storage. MPD officer was there one day I went to pay my storage. Devon came through when another storage company almost doubled the rent after three months. Tyneisha Sanchez has helped me multiple times with small issues and has been courteous, responsive, kind, and professional. I was surprised to learn that she wasn’t the general manager. She should be!
Rat infested, this place is terrible. Waste of money. Had dead rats and rat traps in the storage unit behind mine the smell was terrible and all of my stuff was covered in rat feces
