This company will get you in at a great rate and then continue to raise your rates every 2 months. I’ve been there for about a year and it’s almost doubled. Every month I call to make a payment, it’s gone up. If it’s not my storage unit price that month it will be an insurance increase. I feel like they bait and switch you. They let you get all your stuff in just to turn around and try to scam you. In the process of getting all my things out, cutting ties after my fully paid month. Beware. My storage unit on SW side of CR, had mice pellets all in it when I went to get my stuff out. My brand new couch had holes through it. I went with this company because I thought they were clean with a climate controlled unit, but no all my items are ruined! When I asked why they didnt tell me that they were infested with mice, they evicted me LOL. Do not rent through them! Now I have to file a whole insurance claim! SMH
