Todd has been in the restaurant business since 1981. He graduated from Washburn Chef School in chicago after attending for two years. He has worked in a variety of restaurants in Northwest Indiana until purchasing the Rensselear Restaurant.

I last had their broasted chicken about 5 years ago and it was very good. Ordered a "Family Pack" to go on Sunday (June 1st), evening and it was absolutely horrible! Chicken was not only overcooked, but salty & tasted "old". The leg & thigh pieces were very small indicating a very young chicken, but judging from the darkness around the bone, it had previously been frozen.
