I recommend going to a jewler who knows that platinum is harder than gold The platinum blonde at this store doesn't. Her refusal to acknowledge it even after googling it in front of me proved that her head was harder than both. How do you work in an expensive jewlery store and not know that? Instead of getting rude she should have thanked me for correcting her.
