Dr. Preston was incredible from the moment he walked in. Super warm, relatable energy, and he explained everything in a way that actually made sense without dumbing it down. So I chose Dr Preston immediately within minutes of watching his video in his bio. When he mentioned hes used to seeing unusual cases I was sold! He did not disappoint! Hands down the best experience I've had with a physician of any kind. This was my first time to an immunologist and he did not disappoint at all. Ordered a bunch of labs. Was super approachable and just honest. Gave me a packet of education about the issue he thinks I have that included the diagnostic criteria. I saw Dr. Preston for allergy testing and I thought he did an excellent job. He was thorough, personable, and explained what he was ordering. Having said that, I am under a higher deductible insurance plan and my insurance did not pay for as much as I had hoped. I had an issue with my eyelid intermittently becoming very itchy and swelling profusely - the total out of pocket cost for the allergy testing (skin patch testing + bloodwork) was $2,928.
