Lie, Cheat, and Steal doesn't go far enough. Never Again. The air conditioning on our XT5 wasn't working so we took it in to Devoe. It was a couple of months past the warranty expiration, and a few months before the warranty expired, their service department had added freon to the AC system -- apparently because it was leaking -- but didn't check the system at that time. So they called to tell us our XT5 needed $7,000 in repairs because somehow the coil, compressor, and thermostat had all failed at the same time. This simply... read more
