Service Department is HORRIBLE! Worst In The World! I had an Appt this morning @ 7:30am ... I pulled into the line @ 7:20am ... Service Department Personnel are standing around drinking coffee & the door is locked ... I was 2nd in line ... Others pulled in behind me, & at 7:29am, jumped in front of me, & instead of The Service Department people taking those of us that were First, they proceeded to take the others who jumped the line!
