I'm getting the resources..but my information is being shared with the tenants in building I'm moving from..I'm not at all happy with DevNW
Untrustworthy + in-communicative. Great in theory. As a homeowner that purchased thru this program, we have had shady, rude communication since buying. When we asked for help or advice during an unemployment period we were told to foreclose. This company is in need of an audit.
Horrible horrible communication. I truly feel they shouldn’t be funded anymore. We own a CLT house through them and fell behind on our land rent a few months. Their suggestion to get current was to skip a mortgage payment or two…? They offered no assistance to us. I’ve been struggling to find work for months and husband is on disability. You’d think we’d have options. The depreciation account we have been paying into they will not allow us to access. “At DevNW discrepancy” so they are choosing to withhold what we pay towards... read more
