The woman working there is not an optometrist, she never confirmed it with me. She had made appointments without me approval and called me to say I missed them. She took $120 from me and I never received my classes. I asked for my money back and she said the optometry was closing in November and a refund can not be given. She only talks Spanish, she speaks broken English then starts talking Spanish. That contributed to the miscommunication on her end. I want my money back. We stopped by today to have glasses straightened. The lady left the glasses in the heat straightener machine and the lenses started to separate. We went to Sam's club to see what was going on, and Ted at the Sam's by 281/bitters recognized what happened immediately. He replaced the lenses for free. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with this location. Go see Ted or anyone else really. Hope I saved someone elses glasses with this review! Yo no hablo ingles y fui hoy y me dijieron k ocupaba muchas cosas para mis lentes y me salio a 351.00 y luego yegando a casa mi esposa vio k le agregaron cosas k no eran necesarias. Siento como k se aprobecharon por el idioma. Kisiera k me regresen mi dinero.
I am very frustrated with this business. Their hours posted on the website and on their doors are different. I have wasted my time twice now going to the office to try to look at glasses and they have been closed. Their doors say they are open until 6 or 7 pm depending on the day and this is apparently a lie. The first day I went, it was 4:30 pm (on a Sunday) and the second day I went it was 6:30 pm (on a Wednesday). I would not recommend visiting this place due to their inconsistent operating hours.
