My family moved into Devling Place apartments at the end of February. From the start, the manager has been great. She & her maintenance man got our apartment ready for us in a hurry (we were staying with family), accommodated our pets (large dog, small dog & cat), and have taken care of any issues we've brought to their attention. We have a 9 year old child who likes it here as well- lots of kids to play with, curfew & supervision of kids STRICTLY enforced so we know she is safe. I look forward to a long time here :-)

I have been here since February and I just love it here! They accomodated me with my dog (med to large) and she loves everyone that she has met!!! I have a few maintenance issues and 95% of them have been taken care of since I moved in. Waiting on parts of the two items that are broken. Lots of kids and pets here and everyone has been so nice and friendly. I do have one issue is that they need another maintenance employee, the one we have it GREAT but he works 7 day a week!!! Turning Around at Devling Place – I have lived here for 4 years and let me just say we started off to a rocky start. The previous manager was a nightmare at best. Since September it has been like a different place. The office is now smoke free and clean - nothing like it was before. I can honestly say I do not mind going in to pay my rent now, before I would not even send my child up there as it was so smoky in the office. People should give Devling Place a chance. DISGUSTING – This place is the most disgusting place i have ever lived in. I have lived here since october and they have done nothing that i have asked about the apartment. I actually live in the town houses and since i moved in i have asked and asked to get stuff fixed and 4 months later still nothing has been done. The new manager is really nice but if your even a day late on your rent she is beating and kicking on your door trying to get the money which is very embarassing. FINALLY NEW MANAGER!!!! – Let me just say that I have lived here for two years and hated every bit of it. The old manager would lie, steal, cheat, and do nothing to fix any problems, and also let anyone move in making the complex very unsafe. I finally got fed up after 2 years of a broken down apartment and dealing with her lies and all the criminals and decided to move. disaster apartment complex – I went to devling to apply for a aprtment and I gave the manager a 200 dollar money.She denied me the apartment and kept my 200 dollar deposit so now i have to take her to court.Dont ever live there the manger is ghetto and trashy.They dont fix or do anything to the complex and the manager trys to steal from people they have had many complaints from to the city about the complex they need to fire that manager there asap.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – I moved-out and these people are still causing me problems. DON'T RENT HERE!!!!!!! Can't get anything fixed, kids destroy everything and everyone's property around there, numerous car break-ins, Left the place cleaner and nicer than when I moved-in, 'cause it wasn't clean by any means, and they are tryin' to with-hold almost all my deposit. And the company that owns this place now has recently filed for bankruptcy and is tryin' to re-coup their loss in ANY way they can. Wouldn't not live here... read more
