Mr Herring is 100% honest, believe me I know this to be the absolute truth, because earlier today I lost my phone, an expensive phone it is, and while out jogging Mr. Herring found my phone, unbroken on the side of the road. He took possession of my phone and safeguarded it for hours until I realized it was list and began to call it.
