Logan and I are getting eye exams!!
New patient here of dr devito. He and his staff go above and beyond expectations. They made accommodations to make me an appointment that worked with my schedule. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful even while juggling a million other things, she made me feel welcomed and didn’t rush me. She definitely handled the task of her job well, and was very informative on when to expect my order. This office is hands down one of the best.
I have been a long time patient of Dr. DeVito he and his receptionist are phenomenal. They are always very prompt with little wait time once you come in for your exam. They are very kind and greet you with a smile every time you come in the office. Nadine is always quick to answer phones and multi task during her job. She has gone above and beyond for my family many many times by making sure my stuff is ordered and staying over. I would recommend this office to anyone.
Devito is great however his receptionist never calls to let me know my contacts are in , I call for two months to see if their in and she never answers the phone it’s ridiculous. I was in two months ago still haven’t heard back if my contacts are in and she will not answer the phone or call me back. The sad part is I deal with this every time. Once I get my contacts from them this time I am no longer going to be a patient here because of his receptionist after 17 years im Switching doctors !
You would be lucky if you get someone to answer the phone when you call. I have been trying to get someone to answer the phone so i can confirm my appointment for 7 of their business days and i get their automated message.
I really like Dr. DeVito but his receptionist is the worst. She doesn't answer the phone during business hours but will answer two minutes after they close just to tell you that she won't make an appointment. She doesn't let you know when glasses or contacts come in but gets snippy when you call to check on them. The area behind her with the charts is a mess. He needs to hire competent staff.
