Leaving a review only because the receptionist was super helpful. This location was not able to provide services for my son because of his age however the rep I believe is her name is Latosha called me back to inform me she provided a list of places I could go to instead which I thought was great customer service! Thanks Latosha!
This place has caused my mother and her mental health so much stress. Watching my mom’s mental health decline even further while getting care has been very difficult. This place doesn’t seem to care about their patients at all. They have gas lighted her and her well being causing more harm than good. I’ve seen her reaching out for help to just be ignored and her feelings being disregarded by Devine interventions. Let me start off by saying that the only reason I am giving 2 stars and not one is because I appreciate Ms.E and Ms.smith both have helped me and advocated for me when needed and I trust them. Now the reasoning behind such a low star review is because honestly speaking this place is dysfunctional to say the least. They do not care about their clients mental health at all and have added to more problems than helping solve them.
