When I was looking for the car I wanted, I saw it on the lot at Devine's. Once I went on the lot, I was greeted by Elvis, and he was nice and helped me with my questions, then I ended up with Anthony. They both are great to work with, and never hesitated to answer any questions that I had. In the end, Anthony was able to help me with what payments I needed, and wanted, and was never impatient. Anthony setup an appointment to see and drive the car at our convenience. We had a test drive, all our questions answered, paperwork completed, and drove away with the car in under two hours. Found a few minor issues since buying the car-can't get clock to set and dome light switch needs replacing-but pretty minor for a 17 year old car. Overall a good experience.

Good guy professional. But the car was sold.
Anthony was very helpful, and showed us a Ford Escape that had all the options I needed. Very fun and fast process, got me approved quick, will be back for my next car!
Tried forcing me into buying the car and didn’t even know what the switch behind the steering wheel was hooked up to, they didn’t know what exhaust was on it and had a fat paint chip on the driver door.
My sister dealt with Francisco today. He was very rude, unprofessional, and cursed my sister out and hung up on her. All because he messed up on the contract price and demanded she go back to sign for the new higher price. When she asked to deal with Anthony instead, he said Anthony, isn't shit and she had to deal with him, those were his words. I can't emphasize enough how rude and unprofessional he was. Who talks to a customer like that. Worse service ever ! Stay away
