Office staff was friendly. I didn’t have to wait long to see the doctor. He was friendly and talked to me about the issue with my ankle.
From my initial encounter with Dr. Mongold, I was very impressed by his “everyman” style, knowledge, patience, thoroughness, and candor. Upon screening him, I found that he’s a highly educated, highly trained orthopedic surgeon from highly regarded institutions. His reputation is excellent. His contemporaries call him one of the best in the area. I’m glad that the area is Fresno.
All I can say is Dr Mangold is an amazing surgeon and staff is amazing thank you guys so very much.
Everyone there was very nice. I just hope we can figure out why my big toe doesn’t work properly. Lol
I’ve been a patient at SPOC for well over 20 years & have nothing but positive things to say about the providers and staff. Yesterday was my first visit with Dr. Mangold, & once again my expectations were exceeded. He was kind, funny, & explained my X-rays to me in detail as we looked at them. He showed me before & after actual X-rays from surgeries he’d done that were similar to what I need. He explained possible side effects & discussed the outcome he was expecting from my surgery.
