I have used Devin as my realtor many times, and have recommended him to all of my friends and family looking for some help. He’s on your side always and so quick to make recommendations or advice when needed, easy to reach out to or get ahold of, and overall feels like you are selling or buying a house with a friend. Devin was very professional, knowledgeable and down to earth. He gave honest opinions and thoughts during each of the houses that we toured. Once we finally found the home we wanted, Devin worked tirelessly with the sellers. He was able to negotiate a great deal and purchase our home. We are finally moved into our new house! Even though I thought about giving up through the process a million times I am so glad we stuck through it. Things at times felt so rushed it was overheating. We felt overwhelmed a lot but Devin definitely made it easier. He would text me to check in everyday, always a phone call away, and he was always so positive.
