Just got off the phone with the office manager and apparently they've banned my wife from the practice for too many canceled appointments. When asked how many were canceled she told my wife that she had missed 6 appointments. We have only canceled once. The office manager is unkind and uncaring. I've never in my life heard of a doctor's office banning patients like this. I should have read the reviews on here before ever stepping foot into that office.

Trying to schedule an appointment this morning currently 8am on a Monday and both receptionist or nurse were very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful

The doctors are wonderful! However, The Office Manager is rude and unprofessional. When addressing a complaint that could’ve been handled within 5 minutes with a conversation empathy, I was instead met with judgment because I “allowed” my mother, newly diagnosed with mild cognitive decline to call the office herself.
