Life changing, not only for sleep but in life. I think differently and react/respond differently. Everyone I worked with was amazing. I loved how they didn't necessarily tell you what to do but more often helped you to figure out what to do. I can’t recommend Sleep Science Academy enough. When I first reached out and inquired about the program, I was in a really desperate place. I had been struggling terribly with sleep, and the anxiety surrounding sleep had completely taken over my life. I had been struggling with sleep for many years. I had tried many different programs, supplements and over-the-counter sleep aids, but I wanted to avoid use of prescription sleep medicines. I was so overjoyed when I found the Sleep Science Academy and within weeks I was able to actually experience what feeling "sleepy" felt like again.
