I have been a patient for years and every time, each and every time, I go back it is a WONDERFUL experience. From the appointment scheduling to the reminders, from check in to check out, the service is exemplary. There are few businesses that perform this level of consistent, professional service hitting the target of making me feel part of their valued community. Something is right here: Dr. Benedict has established organizational momentum that is excellent.
This was a terrible experience for my son and I. He was nervous and the hygienist was annoyed and had zero patience -didn't explain anything or try to put him at ease. Just sighed and looked annoyed. When we left I asked if he could get a toy from the treasure chest and she said, 'Not like he did anything to deserve it but ok.' Neither of us will be going back.
everyone was on time, very friendly, explained what we would be doing and all went smoothly.
