These people use AI to send emails, pretending to be humans with real names. Do not shop here! They use AI to email people, which we absolutely detest. We got some emails from a BOT and when he asked if it was a human, it replied that yes her name is "Olivia Smith". Then someone else later admitted it was just AI. Insulting trade-in offer, zero respect for customer time I came to Devils Lake Cars looking to make a deal, but the trade-in offer they gave me was borderline insulting. They severely lowballed my trade-in value, completely ignoring current market values and the actual condition of my vehicle. When I pointed out the huge gap between their numbers and fair market value, they showed no interest in being competitive or reasonable. We loved working with Erik Koski. He was so helpfull helping us , showing me how things worked in the 2022 Ford Ranger we bought. Julie for helping us with the title. She knows her stuff.Mr Hahn is great at explaining how the buying process works. All in all it was a very positive experience for us.
