Don’t trust on this company.
Do yourself a favor and don't hire this guy. Save yourself from years of headache. Chris and his "manager" Marvin were so awful to deal with. His subcontractors were not trust worthy, not on time. always with excuses. Don't trust this company with your home.
Poor professionalism. Doesn't own up to his work or subcontractor. Wouldn't recommend him to worst of my enemy
I have built 3 homes in the last 20 years in Louisville. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had building a home. Thee are many issues with the home still to be resolved. There were many surprises along the way and most price upgrades were sprung on us just before closing. Some of the allowances were way off when we called one week after signing contract. Not very professional for a custom built home. Price was for a custom built home, but more like a spec home with upgrades for everything above basic.
Paint was unacceptable we tried to contact Chris and the painter both would down play their mistakes and try to find excuses. Their work has lead to countless headaches after the build when we should instead be enjoying our home. Learn from our mistakes and look for another contractor.
