Poor experience from the start, and kept getting worse. Can't believe I pay $1450/mo for a studio here. My lease began in the summer of 2025, and as soon as I moved in I had issues with bathroom sink plumbing which was clogged by the previous tenant and never cleaned. Plumbers came in and out of my suite for a week, caused damage to the sink, vanity, and the bathtub. We recently moved in this June and it was nothing but a warm welcome from Jibin. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process.
