They were closed by the city of Denver. Evidently the owners are horrible people.
If you like stepping around strung out homeless people every time you leave/enter, this is the place for you! Usually they're just sleeping in the stairwells, so that's neat. So come on down to Bob's Homeless House of Fun. If they start giving you guff, free tranquilizer doses full of methadone are provided. To combat the problem of homeless people constantly sleeping literally on the stairs, the landlord decided to give out keys to get in if you live here. Makes sense. Do not move into Deville Apt you will be mad bed Bugs nothing get fixed if it does you will be waiting for Bob the owner to get to it no heat in the winter everyone uses their stoves for heat the building needs to new roof he patches it every fall before winter and every winter there is leaks from the third floor to the basement all four floors leaks on the floor below I spent 12 years there I finally moved out in November thank God
Constant stream of disruptive, trashy, and criminal elements. Nonstop illegal dumping in the alley and uncontrolled dogs.
Ive gotten bedbugs 2 summers in a row here and last time it took 2 months for the exterminator so this time I’m moving and calling the health department
