I came for community & to build strength, but received that and so much more. Everyone at this gym- coaches and athletes alike- are incredibly supportive and kind. There is not a single ego-driven athlete here. If you want to scream your head off while hitting a deadlift PR, great. If you can do only 5 pushups against a wall, also great. You will feel the balance of being challenged to your ability, but also offered grace when you're just having an off day.
