Mom went in with chest pain and muscle tremors and hallucinations. Left a handwritten note for the paramedics to sit her in the waiting room. 5 hours in the waiting room, then another 5 in a bed in the back. Ten hours of being in this ER and we never ONCE saw this man. Never came to even introduce himself. Negligent and uncaring. Would have his job on a silver platter if I could.
