The team at Devereux is wonderful! They devote so much time, dedication, and love for the individuals they serve, their staff, peers, and families.
I started working at Devereux Pocono in October 2019 as a DSP and was promoted to Program Specialist a year and a half ago. The manager I had as a DSP kept encouraging me to apply to be a Specialist and move ahead in the company, and I truly appreciated the support. There is definitely career advancement at Devereux, and it is encouraged. I currently work for one of the best managers I ever had, and the Clinical Department is small but tight knit.
