I started working at Devereux Pocono in October 2019 as a DSP and was promoted to Program Specialist a year and a half ago. The manager I had as a DSP kept encouraging me to apply to be a Specialist and move ahead in the company, and I truly appreciated the support. There is definitely career advancement at Devereux, and it is encouraged. I currently work for one of the best managers I ever had, and the Clinical Department is small but tight knit. God has blessed me with employment at Devereux since 2013 and I have always said that Devereux has been a blessing to me. I am grateful for my employment and for the people I've met and work with.
Very flexible hours, nice staff, something new to do everyday which keeps the job from becoming stale.
