Devere does NOT cut corners!! After receiving an energy audit from JT from Greenworks systems Devere quoted me to insulate my attic and basement. (1920’s farmhouse with very little/no insulation). I received 75% rebate to do the work from BGE. Devere got me in the schedule within 5 days of calling. They were here for two days. One day was the attic and one day was the basement. If you have a straight forward job, DeVere may be okay. We have a crawl space needing insulation. Crawlspace is currently open and will likely require closure with some form of insulation on walls and/or ceiling (of crawlspace) as well as a vapor barrier on the ground. Two employees of DeVere assessed the job calling me a few days later only to report that there was nothing they could do. Really?! Nothing? Mike came out and did an estimate and, along with Diana and Michelle, was my point of contact for all aspects of the project.
