Ordered a truck over a year ago, asked to order it in my name repeatedly and they did not. They assured me it would be delivered. I know of an alternate order placed at the same time in someone else’s name did arrive a year later. When I called about the new truck they said that since it wasn’t allocated to me ford didn’t build it, which is why I wanted it in my name. They said I could try again and maybe have it the following year. I own a business and use the trucks for how they are intended. The communication was terrible... read more
