Dr Batra and his staff are very attentive and accommodating.
He continues to order unnecessary tests and bills Medicare for untrue ICD 10 codes. He lies to patients. He recently ordered an unnecessary stress test for my father. He told him the stress tests are routine tests and should be given every two years. Then in order for Medicare to pay for the test, he said my father was having chest pains. Totally not true! Plan accordingly for appointments taking up to 2 hours. I bring my mom here and she’ll sit in the waiting room for at least half an hour, sometimes an hour before being called back. Then, waits up to another hour just waiting in the room. The actual doctor seems to be decent though. Doesn’t spend much time in the room, but is pretty straight forward. Just a lot of time waiting.
