My son is 6 years old with level 3 autism; we have had the same struggles that many autistic families have - sleep disturbances, aggression, bowel issues, etc. Dr Breheney has been his developmental pediatrician since he was diagnosed at 2.5 years old. They don’t return phone calls. I’ve left multiple voicemails regarding a time sensitive issue and they won’t return my call. It’s so frustrating that you can never talk to a real person.

After Hoffman left, this office has gone completely down the drain. Staff is rude and recommends things directly against parents wishes whether spiritual or mwdical decisions, all they want is to drug your child but then when you ask for changes in medication, it is an inconvenience and they expect you to drop everything you’re doing and make appointments that don’t work for everybody’s schedule. This one star is solely for the appointment process. When a parent calls already feeling vulnerable seeking help for their child it feels particularly bad when the person answering the phone sounds like dealing with you is the world’s biggest annoyance to them. I’m going to persist in getting an appointment because you’re the only game in town, but I didn’t think it was possible to feel more sad about the fact I need to get help for my child. Made me create the account gave all of my infos as soon as it was done she showed no interests and told there is wait list for months, don’t even know when I could have an appointement , why waste my time you should have told me that at first why take of all the info like you are scheduling just to say no after.
