By being honest and not turning against the one holding the true authority over their case...betrayal is the word here.
Very helpful for my autistic granddaughter!
DP was the first company to help us when my son was Diagnosed at 3. They are STILL helping us. They are EXTREMELY busy and spread very thin. More and more children are being diagnosed and they only have so many employees. The last 3 case workers we have been with have become friends to us.

My son needs to be tested for autism and they weren't helpful for him but they doted on my two year old with downs and didn't listen to what our needs were. I feel our needs weren't met, and we weren't listened to or respected by the provider they continually forced on us. Kristen who works through them was very disrespectful and made my son feel uncomfortable.
