Looking for reevaluation of existing condition, which practice offers. Cerena (intake person when you call) went to great lengths to not allow us to discuss with the provider, even contacting referring physician without our consent. Practice offers free consultations. Experience with Cerena was not a positive one and we are looking elsewhere for care.
