Place is a joke. Nobody ever answers the phone which is annoying when you need certain information from them to get other things in motion. I would rather pay out of pocket and go else where

I’ve been trying to contact the office for my son test results for a month already and they don’t answer and don’t return calls either. My husband called from his phone number, they answered and when he said my son name they hang up on him. He gave my son diagnostic based in school evaluation I brought not based on an eval he did. He didn’t did evaluation on him bedsides question he asked me. He send us to do genetics and they haven’t called back to know results and no they don’t answer the phone.

My husband and son recently attended this practice for my son to get an Autism evaluation. Dr. Ram Kairam was very unprofessional during the entire appointment. He made comments such as “hearing that a child as Autism could destroy a family” and also made unnecessary comments regarding my child’s name and the spelling. He also made unrelated comments regarding other topics that didn’t include my son.
