First off, Most 5 star reviews are by employees of the organization. There is a new superintendent coming in. The two highest ranking power hungry bosses both quit in last 2 months. Not suspicious at all. County employees set up contracts with their friends' companies. Kait Cantrell added several technology based services to two individuals plan despite the guardian not wanting them. Kait's friend lined her pockets with the cash and Kait probably got kickbacks. I searched the disabled services and found this place I don’t know if this applies to them but it should be known anyway regarding “SRI”? Saw a group leave a vehicle of theirs and everyone was in pajamas and looked like dirty ones house shoes and ill fitting clothes I’m not sure what this agency is I’m from out of town I assume it is a county or govt agency that is supposed to care for disability people if so everyone looked like they were unhoused kinda sad
There isn't to much to say that is good about this government agency. If you are looking for assistance with the care of your child, it is better to just talk with the school. They do all the work. This agency is a lame duck pretend social service that only serves their intrest.
Very unreliable and they do not take responsibility for any of their mistakes that mess up people's lives.
My experience with this agency has been heartbreaking. I’ve never encountered people who do less. Emails and phone calls are not returned, general job duties are ignored, Agencies and providers are not supported and are not compensated correctly. If you call and do get an answer, the response is rude and condescending and not helpful at all.
