I called ahead of time because I was running a few minutes behind for my daughter appointment and I walked in and checked in . The lady at front desk was extremely awfully rude ! Telling me you know your late I said yes mam I spoke to someone on the phone and they said it was fine and how long I was gonna be late . This lady is extremely rude then she said I will go talk to the provider and she comes back and says it's going one a short visit mam but with attitude.
