Phone call scheduled to do intake only to find out we do not qualify for services. This call could have been an email. In order to qualify you have to have other doctors in multiple clinics. Unacceptable.
I love my son's behavior doctor.
Children's' Mercy Developmental and Behavioral Clinic has been wonderful. It does take some time to get in but once you are there... it is an amazing team of wonderful doctors, therapist and nurses. We have only had a few instances where tings could have been betting but not everything is the perfect fit, they were wonderful about adjusting and working with you.
I have left 3 messages in 3 weeks and STILL NO CALL back and NO APPT for my child. I finally left a message with a staff advocate of Children's Mercy so we will see if someone calls me back this time.
