Don't be a sucker like me. They offer you free rent for signing a long term lease. In my case they offered me 4 months free rent for signing a 4 year lease. Unlike other shopping centers where the free rent usually starts after you are given a reasonable time to open, these guys started a week after the last tenant moved out.
